Important Note Regarding Full Insurance Coverage
We kindly ask for your understanding on the following point:
While full insurance is offered to give you peace of mind in the unlikely event of an accident, it should not be seen as permission to drive or use the vehicle irresponsibly. The car you are renting may not be your own, but it is a valuable asset of our company, and we trust that it will be returned in good condition. Paying a rental fee does not justify careless or reckless driving. We expect all renters to treat the vehicle with the same care and consideration they would their own. We truly appreciate your cooperation and responsible use of the car during your holiday.
If a driver does not meet these conditions, an extra insurance fee will be charged, and a deposit will be held. Charges for this vary depending on the situation.
The company reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement at any time if the client fails to meet the above requirements.
Please note that this service is strictly limited to use on the island. Under no circumstances are vehicles permitted to be taken off the island by ferry.
We understand that some customers may wish to travel to the mainland. However, if this is part of your plans, we strongly recommend seeking a different rental company that can accommodate such requests. This is a non-negotiable term of our rental agreement.
Any attempt to transport the vehicle off the island is considered a serious violation of our terms and will be treated accordingly. All our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, and if a car is found to have left the island without authorization, the authorities will be notified, and the vehicle will be reported as stolen.

- Arrival & Pick-Up Instructions – Corfu International Airport. (For a minimum rental period of 6 days)
Upon your arrival at Corfu International Airport, our team will be waiting for you outside the arrivals gate, holding a sign with your name. From there, we will escort you to your vehicle, and within just 5 minutes, you’ll be ready to start your holiday.
To complete the rental process, you only need to present a valid driver’s license.
Payment is required upon arrival and can be made in cash or by credit card, depending on your preference.
If needed, we are more than happy to give you driving directions to your accommodation before you depart.
Late-Night Arrival Charges:
Please let us know your flight number and arrival time in advance so we can ensure everything is arranged smoothly for your pick-up.
For your convenience, delivery and collection of the car to and from your villa or hotel near Kassiopi can also be arranged, even for shorter rental periods.
Please let us know your accommodation details and preferred times so we can organize this service accordingly.

Flight Details & Late Arrival Policy
It is very important that you provide us with your full flight details in advance. This allows us to track your flight and be aware of any potential delays, ensuring a smooth and stress-free pickup.
Late Night Arrival Charges:
If the delay exceeds 6 hours, please contact us immediately so we can make alternative arrangements. Depending on availability and scheduling, the reservation may be subject to adjustment or cancellation if arrival is significantly postponed without notice.
We appreciate your cooperation and communication, which helps us provide the best possible service.
Please note that fuel is not included in the rental price.
There is no additional charge for a full tank, but we kindly ask that you return the car with the same amount of fuel as when it was delivered to you.
This helps ensure fairness and smooth handovers for all customers. If the car is returned with significantly less fuel, a refueling charge may apply.
Additional Drivers & Age Restrictions
You can have up to 3 drivers at no extra charge.
Please note that the age restriction for drivers is between 25 and 75 years old.
In the event of a car accident, if the driver is not listed on the rental agreement, the insurance will not cover any damages, and you will be responsible for all charges related to the damage.
To ensure full coverage, please make sure all drivers are properly added to the rental agreement.
Baby and booster seats are available on request and are provided free of charge, except during high season, where there is a small charge.
Please note that if the seats are damaged during the rental period, a replacement fee of €100 will be charged.
A credit card may be required on the reservation form to confirm your booking and make it valid.
Please note that payment will not be required before the delivery day, unless you specifically request to pay in advance.
